Help us spread the word! SaltSpring Kitchen Co. is at Costco's Langford Warehouse in Victoria, BC, for a Roadshow from November 12 - 17, 2024.

Exciting news for all you foodie Costco members out there! Some of your favourite flavours are coming to Costco, and we hope you're as excited as we are. As a small, woman-owned business, we've been spicing up fridges across Canada (and beyond) since 2012, and we're stoked for a Costco Langford roadshow.

Spread The Word and Support Us at Costco Langford

We're calling on all our Victoria-based friends and fans to spread the word and come out and support us. Bring your Costco-loving friends for their chance to sample six of our delicious core products, including the rich Onion & Thyme, fiery Raspberry & Habanero, and a crowd-favourite Candied Jalapeño Relish. We're inviting all our fans and the Victoria community to come out, taste, and support local. If you're a home cook, a gourmet food lover, or on the hunt for a unique gift, this is a delicious opportunity to rally your jam-loving friends, spread the word, and share your love for SaltSpring Kitchen Co.

SaltSpring Kitchen Co. Roadshow Highlights

If you're a Costco member and have yet to try our products, we can't wait to meet you. We know the sample circuit at your local warehouse is a classic Costco-must-do. We may have to compete with your favourite salty snacks, some of those delicious samosas, or a stir fry, but we're up for the challenge. Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey as you dive into our core flavours at the Costco Langford roadshow.

We won't be enticing you with a wonderful smell wafting through the rafters, but come find us; we'll probably be near the crackers! 

Each jar is a testament to the art of preserving, combining bold and unique ingredients that complement any dish. Start with the Onion & Thyme, where savoury meets aromatic herbs, perfect for a gourmet grilled cheese. Next, ignite your palate with the Raspberry & Habanero, a sweet-heat adventure ideal for pairing with cheese or glazing meats.

Don't miss the Candied Jalapeño Relish, a crowd-favourite that adds a spicy kick to burgers and charcuterie boards. Our Spicy Tomato Savoury Spread offers a rich, subtle spice with a deep tomato flavour, and it's the product that started it all. We'll also have the Blueberry & Basil to bring a refreshing sweetness. Finally, taste the Hot Mango, a tropical delight to elevate any meal. One of our best-selling jars, this one is so versatile.

These flavours (as are almost all of our products) are gluten-free and vegan.

At the heart of SaltSpring Kitchen Co. is Melanie Mulherin, a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to creating unforgettable gourmet experiences. During the roadshow at Costco Langford, Melanie and some of the team will be on hand to share their stories, answer questions, and provide insights into the creative process behind each jar.

Our woman-owned business began with a love for bold flavours and a commitment to supporting local communities. Inspired by the vibrant landscapes of Salt Spring Island, Melanie has crafted a range of products that reflect the island's natural abundance and creativity.
