Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Amaro
- 1 oz Aperol
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp SaltSpring Kitchen Co. Winter Wonder Jam
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail glass or shaker, combine the bourbon, amaro, Aperol, lemon juice, and SaltSpring Kitchen Co. Winter Wonder Jam.
Use a bar spoon to thoroughly blend the ingredients, ensuring no lumps remain.
Add two or three large ice cubes to the glass.
Stir the cocktail ten times with the ice to chill. Using a strainer or fine sieve, strain the cocktail into two coupe glasses.
Garnish each glass with a twist of lemon zest, twisting it over the drink to release the oils.
Serve and enjoy immediately, perfect for a cozy evening or a gathering around the fire.
