We’re excited to share something we’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes: our first-ever SaltSpring Kitchen Co. Fall & Winter Guidebook.

Elevate the Everyday is a seasonal collection of everyday uses for our preserves. You'll find recipes, pairing ideas, and stories, created for cozy gatherings, holiday entertaining, and the slower rhythm that comes with Fall and Winter. It’s meant to live on your kitchen counter, get a little splattered with jam, and inspire easy, flavour-filled moments at home.

What You’ll Find Inside

This guidebook brings together many of the ways we actually use our products at home, and in our shop and Tasting Room at The Jam Factory—simple ideas that don’t always need a big plan or a special occasion.
