Smokey Raspberry margarita. Need we say more?
- 1.5 - 2 tbsp Raspberry & Habanero Spicy Pepper Spread
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 2 oz mezcal
- fresh raspberry, grilled lemon slice, and pink himalayan sea salt for garnish.
- Prep lowball glass by rolling half the rim in jam and then in the pink salt.add jam, lime, lemon & orange juices plus mezcal to a shaker. Add ice and shake until frosty. Strain over ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with grilled lemon & raspberry.
